Hi folks! The tools I cut out freehand. I was aiming for vaguely recognizable, but I reckon you could get a bit more detail by googling some tool images and cutting around them.
I LOVE this! It's so hard to find homemade boy crafts and projects. I may do something like out of denim for my 8 year old and another for my 3 year old! Thanks for the tute!
Thank you for sharing; I am so making these for my daughter for Christmas! (Every time we turn around, it seems, she's trying to get into the toolbox again.) Did you use a pattern for the tools, or did you just freehand them?
That's so cute! I love crafts for boys because I have two little guys myself (and it seems like more crafting is done for girls). My 3 year-old just said "maybe you can make a little tool belt for ME!"
