My kid's very best chum is one Mr. T-Bone Walker, (you can read about him here) he is a disembodied dog head on a blankie (but less creepy than that sounds).
We are big fans of T-Bone's in all his filthy, raggedy, slobbered-on glory, but how much better if he had been a handmade fellow!
Over at Craftbits there is a tutorial on sewing your own baby bear blanket, complete with PDF pattern and instruction. Which is just cool.

You'll need:
- satin blankie binding (for your pookie to rub against their nose as they fall asleep!)
- 23x23" of both contrasting fabric and soft fleece
- 22x16" of bear-coloured fleece
- 2 safety eyes
- Embroidery floss in nose-and-mouth pink.
And to head on over for the full tutorial by clicking right here.
Via always awesome U-Create.
