I have a theory that 1960's and 70's baby photos are on average 20% cooler than current ones. It may be because collars are 20% larger and pointier, or because the dad facial hair is (at least) 20% weirder, or that they feature 20% more brown velour.
Or it could just be that Hartley was right and the past IS another country; so photos of your Ma with Farrah hair are like a sweet and quirky travel guide.
At any rate, you can vintage up your pookie's candids with the 1960's effect from Picnik. It gives photos that warm, fuzzy look and rounds the corners in one fell swoop.

That is awesome! Being a 70's baby myself, I can really appreciate the theory behind this - especially when I look at photos from my very own baby book.
I have to say that I really like this site and will be back for more.
