Use your Stroller To Get Your Body Back...

Let's get this straight, you're not supposed to lose every ounce of baby weight in 3 days. You're really not. No matter what the celebrity gossip magazines tell you.

But exercise can boost your energy levels and make you feel more like your old self. Finding time and space to do it can be tough though.

Enter Stroller Strides, an exercise program that involves walking with your stroller and other mums. Apparently,

"Stroller Strides incorporates the environment, resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes".

Sure you could just go for a walk outside, but this way you get to hang out with other grown-up people. You also have the incentive to get out there and encouragement to sweat it out. They have groups practically everywhere and there's a request-a-group form on their website.
