Martha's Crafts Department has some great baby shower ideas. This one is particularly noteworthy as it's perfect for little ones' birthday parties too. So simple to make, all you have to do is make cone shapes out of craft paper and attach them to helium-filled balloons. Darling!

i also want to know how the craft paper sticks to the baloon?
So how do you get the craft paper to stay on the balloon? I have checked a few different sites including martha stewarts where this idea came from and no one give a how to. One girl suggested double-sided tape or glue dots. I just want to know if someone has actually re-created this..If so how? What worked best for you??
