
I love the idea of busy moms printing self-care cards to keep their sanity. Hey, they're MUCH cheaper than therapy!!! Actually, allfreecrafts.com offers up a PDF of 54 self-care cards for FREE.
I also like their suggestion of putting the cards in a jar or a box. Decorate the container to your heart's content, which in itself will make you feel better! Then, when you feel overwhelmed, pick out a card and follow its instruction. If you're not willing to do the first card you pick, don't worry. Just draw another!
