So you've decided to keep your nursery gender neutral. Or not. Either way, this buttoned up window topper would be a perfect addition to any baby's room. To keep it simple, buy pre-made, easy-to-find white or off-white tab curtains, like the Linden Street tab-top valance from J.C. Penney. Then, to add personality, get yourself some gigantic buttons in pink, blue or whatever colors and sew them to the tabs in a cross-stitch stitch.
