
According to Dr. Joanna Stone, MD, 'you should avoid any activity that puts you at risk for falling or increases the chance of trauma to your abdomen.' Including 'activities at an altitude over 6,000 feet.' The no-no activities that top the list include:
- Amusement park rides
- Bicycling
- Downhill skiing
- Gymnasitcs
- Horseback riding
- Post-sport tubs and saunas
- Running (follow jump for clarification)
- Scuba Diving
- Snowboarding
- Surfing
- Tennis
- Waterskiing
