Spring break is just around the corner, and some of you might be lucky enough to jet off somewhere warm and sunny. This year we're insanely lucky and we'll be heading to Mexico in two weeks! The excitement is almost unbearable, especially since mother nature decided to dump more than a foot of snow on the Twin Cities last week. Get me out of here!
This will of course be Lena's first "beach vacation" and I've spent the past week trying to find appropriate swimwear for my baby; something that will protect her from the sun, but not look like she's wearing a hazmat suit. Here's what I found after quite a bit of research:
Mini Boden Surfsuit
The cutest rash guard swimsuit I was able to find. Long sleeves for extra coverage and an adorable pattern for style. After all of my research this is the suit we bought for Lena.
Hannah Anderson Rash Guard Babysuit
A close second. This suit is a bit less expensive than the Boden suit, and still cute. But the short sleeves on this suit cover less of my baby's delicate and super sun burn prone skin.
Coolibar Hawaiian Swim Romper
All Coolibar products are made to protect skin from the sun's harmful ultra-violet rays. This rash guard romper is chlorine and saltwater resistant and UPF 50+. The snap-close bottom is excellent for on-the-go diaper access, and I love the sunny tropical styling.
The Black Dog Toddler Rash Guard Romper
Didn't buy this suit because it only comes in toddler sizes, but I love the dog print on the front!
Polarn O. Pyret Rash Guard Surf Suit
The most expensive rash guard swim suit I found. Cute, but not sure it's worth the price, although this is a very nice brand of kid's clothes.
