Last Sunday evening, Ayla took her first five unassisted steps. It was embarrassingly exciting, and a room full of adults was in one moment silent, and in the next, applauding, clapping, and high-fiving. Now, all Ayla wants to do is stand up on her own and waddle around. This is wonderfully exciting, and backbreakingly painful. So, with the holidays aound the corner, I decided to invest in a sturdy and fun walker.
After much research, I settled on the adorable Quackalong Walker. It's designed for babies one year and older. It encourages on-the-go toddlers to take the ducklings for a walk as they move with the assistance of this sturdy and safe push-a-long. The clacking duclings reinforce the "walking" with every step.
The Quackalong Walker is on sale at Amazon for $53.95 (with an original price tag of $80, this is quick a bargain). Happy waddling...
