I am in love with this customizable outfit from tinysprouts.com.
We don't know the gender of our little muffin yet, but the moment we
find out (in September) I am going to buy a set. The owner, Tracey,
uses 100% interlock cotton for all of her products, so the outfit is
super soft. In addition, she hand-embroiders these adorable gems with
your newborn's name or a custom saying of your choosing. You can also
add a shape that resembles a whimsical doodle, choose your thread color
(there are over 30 options), and you can choose from a list of eight
delicious colors that are hand-dyed. But, my absolute favorite detail
is the optional ruffles on the pants. For only $1.00 more you can have these sweet ruffles; I almost want a girl just so that I can order them. If it's a boy, he may just have to rock the ruffles for my sake.
Because we've decided to find out the gender of the baby, we've
decided to keep the name a secret until he or she makes an official
debut. Unfortunately, due to our secret, our little bun has taken on
some unusual names that we may have to consider placing on the outfit:
everything from "Baby Schlomo" to Bruno's mom's moniker: "Malik
Mordechai". On second thought, maybe we'll stick with our own list and
show our little prodigy for the first time in this outfit. The tee,
pants and hat trio are $48 from tiny sprouts.

Hmmm! I'd like to know where she found those "blanks". I'll do some looking around for the designers who want to diy their own onesies.
I'm not entirely certain, but I believe the ruffle is a part of the pants, meaning you have the option of ordering either the regular pants or the ruffle pants (for an additional $1).
What's the deal with the ruffle, does she sew it on or is it a different onesie?
