Babies have an unmistakable, unreplicable scent that makes you want to hold them close and smell them all day. The Thymes Sweetleaf Baby line smells almost as delicious. Made from organic lavender, chamomile, and aloe vera, it's gentle and clean; almost as irresistible as a baby.
I wouldn't dare to interrupt the natural smell of our future baby girl, but I do hope to make her nursey smell almost as delightful as she does. Now before I share my master plan, I must first disclose that I hate room fragrances. Those weird little plug-ins that blast raspberry fruit cocktail into your house creep me out because they remind me of an overdone lollipop. I feel the same way about the trees that dangle from rearview mirrors. I explain my aversion to these scents only so that you know I'm not one of those ladies who walks around in a cloud of perfume; I much prefer fresh air.
This is why Sweetleaf is such a treat. It's so clean and subtle that you would never guess it was a room fragrance. I purchased the baby nursery diffuser and baby bar soap set. Both are incredible. The red diffusers scent the room in the most subtle way you can imagine. I have yet to open the soap set, and instead am using them as drawer sachets. I have used other soaps by the Thymes line, and if this soap is anything like them, I can tell you that it will be rich and foamy, while extra gentle at the same time. If the baby ever stops smelling like a baby, I will later her up in this soap.

The reed diffuser set is beautiful and it softly scents the room with
an ever-so-light hint of powdery rose and jasmine, with notes of
sandalwood and amber. It's incredible.
The Sweetleaf Baby line is available at the Thymes on-line shop. The baby bar soap set sells for $16 and the reed diffuser set is $40. In addition to the soap and diffuser set, the line carries everything from drawer liners to shampoo to diaper balm.
